Wellington has been a certified trainer, coach and speaker for over fifteen years. He comes to us with a "who's who of training" background.
Wellington started his career with Procter & Gamble in the early 90's and then went on to consult to companies such as Bacardi Rum, Tony Robbins and Frito Lay. Most recently, Wellington was one of only two Regional Training Coaches in the U.S. for the Richard Robbins International Real Estate Achievement Coaching Company.
